Shipping Policy
Sparkle City strives to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Competing is stressful enough! Getting your clothes and shoes shouldn't be.

We are able to offer personalized service because we are a small business with a passion for the individual dancer. So that we might meet the needs of each competitor and their budget, we offer free in-store pick-up as well as UPS shipping. In-stock orders placed before 4:00 pm on Tuesday are available for pick-up at 4:30 pm Thursday in Sparkle City. If you selected to ship your items, then in-stock orders placed before 4:00 pm on Tuesday will ship on Thursday.
Shoes and made-to-order items take additional time. Shoes generally arrive in 3-4 weeks depending on customizations. Made-to-order clothing generally arrives in 4-6 weeks depending on customizations.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want each dancer to feel their best in anything they purchase from Sparkle City. Therefore, we offer a few different options for returning or exchanging an item with which you are dissatisfied.

Shoes:
1. Fit Guarantee:
If you worked with one of our trained specialists, you received a Fit Guarantee code. This code is good for 60 days from the fitting date and provides you with the ability to exchange a shoe for a different size of the same style at no cost if you purchased the recommended size. Simply email us within 60 days at extremesparklecity@gmail.com with your Fit Guarantee code and we will reach out to provide you with a return code and further instructions. Please ensure you enter your Fit Guarantee code in the appropriate box at checkout. If your original order does not have your Fit Guarantee code, we cannot honor it.
2. Returns:
If you did not receive a Fit Guarantee or chose to purchase a size other than the recommended one, we will return or exchange your shoe if the following criteria are met:
*The shoe is unworn, in its original box, and there are no signs of use.
*It is not a custom order you requested in Special Instructions.
*You accept the cost to return the item to us and understand there is a 10% restocking fee.

Clothing:
1. Returns:
We accept returns on all unworn leos, basic syllabus shirts, Latin skirts, standard skirts, and Latin pants that are not custom ordered within 14 days of receipt. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at extremesparklecity@gmail.com and we will reach out with instructions for returning it at no cost to you. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to return the items to Sparkle City either in person or via mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and suggest insuring your package. There is a 5% restocking fee associated with all returns.

2. Exchanges:
We will happily exchange any unworn leo, basic syllabus shirt, Latin skirt, standard skirt, or Latin pant that is not custom ordered within 14 days of receipt for store credit. It is your responsibility to return the item to Sparkle City either in person or via mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and suggest insuring your package.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for tights, fishnets, lashes, earrings, or final sale items.
